Walking Gallery Blog Post

My favorite theme I saw was Zach's baseball theme.
My favorite edits were Bryce's saturation, Zach's red eye, and Morgan's red eye and Morgan's remove a person.
My favorite music was Rachel's.

The most important things I think were not copyrighting, and just learning to use these programs.  Knowing how to use these will be very useful.  We did accomplish what we set to learn.  I knew close to nothing about any of these things, and now I know a lot.  I will now be more open to using these programs in the future because of this class.

UrbanNewsPodcast

Well today, I went through a lot because my boss gave me a lot to do with little time and no help.  It was a lot like the childrens podcast, just more difficult.  This quality is what my boss is looking for.  Everyone wants to know about his injury so she should air it.  I would possibly work with it again.  Thank you for your time

Photoshop blog post

In photoshop I learned how to use the Crop tool really well.  It's really nice when you want to focus on someone else.  You just click the crop tool, and make a box around what you want to be cropped and press enter, pretty easy.  Another great tool I learned how to use is the Clone Stamp Tool.  It's so nice when your trying to get rid of something.  You control click near something that your keeping, and click on what you want to get rid of so that the color is close and the picture looks good.

Sound Intro and Hearing Loss

Sound travels through waves, both directly and indirectly.  You can measure in Amplitude and Frequency. I learned that it is better to have a funky shaped room rather than a square room for sound.  The today show basically says that people are getting deaf earlier and earlier in life and that's because they listen to music way too loud etc.

Why do people listen to things that are so loud.  I have been at the last 2 ISU home games and that's one thing I really noticed.  They turn up those speakers so loud, it hurts to listen to.  A good thing to do is set a volume limit on your Ipod.
